RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Defective or Damaged product: if the product is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item please ask the driver immediately to return it and delivery charges will be on TXON. Replacement period will take max 2 working days.
- In correct product: if the product is in correct please ask the driver immediately to return it and delivery charges will be on TXON. Replacement period will take max 2 working days.
- In case the customer wants to return or exchange the product for reason other than above 2 points then the whole delivery charges will be on customer own expenses OR customer can visit TXON stores for exchange. Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you exchange. Also the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging and original invoice is needed.
- We will NOT be able to exchange open mattresses pillows, towels or unwrapped linens.
- We will NOT be able to exchange special promotion or discounted items.
- Our company policy does not permit to issue cash refund.
