TXON | Return and Refund Policy

This policy governs all returns and refunds for purchases made through TXON. By using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
TXON complies with Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. (7) of 2017 while reserving the right to protect its business from misuse and abuse.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may be rejected.

To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused and not installed
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• With all accessories and free gifts
• With original invoice or order number

All returns must be requested through:

Returns are subject to approval and inspection before acceptance.

 

All returned products are inspected. TXON may reject returns if items show:
• Signs of use
• Damage
• Missing accessories
• Damaged packaging

Rejected returns will be sent back at customer's expense.

The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or installed products
• Food and perishable goods
• Personal care products after opening
• Underwear
• Custom‑made products
• Digital products
• Gift cards

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, TXON will offer:
• Repair, or
• Replacement, or
• Full refund

TXON will cover all related shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to:
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered

Otherwise, customer bears shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 3–14 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued via:
• Original payment method, or
• TXON Store Credit

TXON is not responsible for bank delays.

TXON reserves the right to:
• Reject abusive returns
• Limit returns
• Suspend accounts
• Take legal action if necessary

Warranty products are subject to supplier warranty terms.

This policy does not affect consumer rights under Jordanian law.
